MAASIN CITY – Here’s great news for animal lovers. According to Zoo administrator Nestor A. Guinoo the facilty’s operators have reduced its entrance fee from P250 per adult to P150. He added that they had also started shuttle services to and from the Zoo for P50.

In an exclusive interview with the Southern Leyte Times he said the animals there sensed the forthcoming earth quake before it struck. “The lions and tigers kept on running inside their cages, and the birds were flying to avoid the aftershocks.
